Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Inocencio Rito started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Richard Myr kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Tariq Ahmad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. René Higuita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert McCulloch in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg René Higuita saved Brandy Central from getting behind. Inocencio Rito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Leslie Harris made a huge save. René Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert McCulloch in the 11th minute of the match. Brandy Central's René Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tariq Ahmad in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, Dorothy Hodgkin Chemists's Leslie Harris got control of the ball when Leo Gitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florentino Arias hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Inocencio Rito's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Leslie Harris skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leslie Harris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yanto Mihardja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Dorothy Hodgkin Chemists's zone, Yanto Mihardja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leslie Harris came out of the goal and Yanto Mihardja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Tadeo Guerau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. René Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert McCulloch in the 31st minute of play. René Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tariq Ahmad in the 33rd minute of the match. Brandy Central's René Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert McCulloch in the 34th minute of play. Yanto Mihardja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd match minute, Brandy Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Myr to maneuver through the defense. Yanto Mihardja kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After 48 played minutes Brandy Central got a freekick which was hit by Yanto Mihardja. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert McCulloch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Brandy Central's goal looked a bit too open when Tariq Ahmad came free, but René Higuita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tariq Ahmad who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of René Higuita when he managed to save the team from getting behind. René Higuita made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Robert McCulloch sent off a good shot on target. Robert McCulloch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but René Higuita made a huge save. In the 67th minute Tariq Ahmad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but René Higuita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. René Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tariq Ahmad in the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to Brandy Central getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Yanto Mihardja hit a great ball. Dorothy Hodgkin Chemists made a substitution. Robert Barrows replaced Robert McCulloch. After 72 played minutes Brandy Central got a freekick which was hit by Yanto Mihardja. 73 minutes into the match, Brandy Central's goalkeeper René Higuita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Barrows. Leslie Harris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Rito in the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Inocencio Rito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leslie Harris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Brandy Central's Inocencio Rito in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dorothy Hodgkin Chemists's goalie prevented a goal. 87 minutes into the game, Robert Barrows recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of René Higuita. Robert Barrows showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Dorothy Hodgkin Chemists made a substitution. Daniel Clarke replaced Tariq Ahmad. Brandy Central's Blas Eguntsenti was substituted for Inocencio Rito. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Clarke in the 94th minute of play forced Brandy Central's goalkeeper René Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, René Higuita successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dorothy Hodgkin Chemists's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
