Thomas Harker's late challenge caught a The Little Tree's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Harker helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Frida Kahlo Artists's Thomas Harker got a free kick in the 6th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vimaro Cambero got free with Michael Miers in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bacary Pupier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Benjamin Lee came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Frida Kahlo Artists fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Lee couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Frida Kahlo Artists getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Reginald Hoare hit a great ball. Maxín Aedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthew Baggott in the 20th minute of play. Benjamin Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Maxín Aedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Frida Kahlo Artists got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Harker. The supporters of Frida Kahlo Artists booed when The Little Tree was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Florez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Matthew Baggott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxín Aedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michael Miers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vimaro Cambero in the 57th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Frida Kahlo Artists got a freekick which was hit by Eamon McDonnell. 75 minutes into the match, Frida Kahlo Artists's goal looked a bit too open when Vimaro Cambero came free, but Michael Miers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frida Kahlo Artists's Michael Miers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vimaro Cambero in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Alvaro Florez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Little Tree's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Florez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michael Miers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zornin Baños went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Little Tree had played much better football throughout.
