Silver Play 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Peruanton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gregorio Gauargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Gaueko in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Carolo Nardo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of PLUMIN's Alejandro Telesforo. Alejandro Telesforo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alejandro Telesforo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Ling Lin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes, Qu Ling Lin made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. PLUMIN's Alejandro Telesforo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 20 minutes of play, PLUMIN's Antonio Gaueko made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregorio Gauargi was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Leonardo Peruanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Ingvar Malmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Telesforo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Gaueko in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregorio Gauargi saved Silver Play 2 from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in PLUMIN's zone, Carolo Nardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Telesforo came out of the goal and Carolo Nardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Alejandro Telesforo got control of the ball when Qu Ling Lin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Gaueko in the 45th minute of play forced Silver Play 2's goalkeeper Gregorio Gauargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Qu Ling Lin could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Alejandro Telesforo however easily saved by the left post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.
Silver Play 2 made a substitution. Silvio Dubardo replaced Qu Ling Lin. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Gaueko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Naum Cvetkovič sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 57th minute Leonardo Peruanton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Gauargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naum Cvetkovič's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejandro Telesforo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Silver Play 2's Gregorio Gauargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Gaueko in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Silver Play 2's goalkeeper Gregorio Gauargi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adolfo Diegotxe. In the 75th minute Naum Cvetkovič shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Telesforo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Naum Cvetkovič was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Silver Play 2's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PLUMIN the free kick. A collision led to Silver Play 2 getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. The Silver Play 2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-4. 86 minutes into the match, Antonio Gaueko notched a goal, 5-5, to the right of Silver Play 2's Gregorio Gauargi. The audience was convinced that Silvio Dubardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Telesforo was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Gregorio Gauargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Gaueko in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
