The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes TEAMGEIST Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Mouritz Klange. A throw-in in the 5th minute of the game was made by Miromir Galaska with Sergios Ramos as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Alfred Hutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Michna, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 25th minute TEAMGEIST Football Club were awarded a corner. Benedykt Michna went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 26 minutes, Filip Barbosu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kranji Crunchy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Barbosu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute Sugih Linggawarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Wnukowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Klement Tarka managed to get in a good position for a shot. TEAMGEIST Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Klement Tarka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Hutton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Kranji Crunchy getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Honorio Hever hit a great ball. Benedykt Michna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Hutton having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sugih Linggawarman to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Timothé Ravel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kranji Crunchy's Honorio Hever shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jan Wnukowski but with some difficulty. Jan Wnukowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sugih Linggawarman, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Benedykt Michna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kranji Crunchy's Hadi Zamani was substituted for Sugih Linggawarman. Mouritz Klange received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alfred Hutton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kranji Crunchy's Marcelino Precioso quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Miromir Galaska, made in the 79th minute of the game. TEAMGEIST Football Club's attack was well implemented in the 81st minute, but when Klement Tarka was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. 84 minutes into the match, TEAMGEIST Football Club's Benedykt Michna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfred Hutton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Tarka came free, but Alfred Hutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on TEAMGEIST Football Club's corner Benedykt Michna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alfred Hutton quite easily take care of the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Henry Meringgi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kranji Crunchy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TEAMGEIST Football Club the free kick. After 92 played minutes Kranji Crunchy got a freekick which was hit by Henry Meringgi. If Mouritz Klange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TEAMGEIST Football Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
