Judas Verón might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agustin Orion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amboy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iulian Ilinca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Belgrano de Pibasog made a substitution.
