Alketas Papazoglou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Roos in the 27th minute of the match. Eamon McDonnell's late challenge caught a JOLLYROGER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 90th minute, when Frida Kahlo Artists's Eamon McDonnell after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Alketas Papazoglou in JOLLYROGER's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Frida Kahlo Artists's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
