Arnoldo Janpier's late challenge caught a Bendito Sea El Fernet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Janpier helped the player get up and apologised. Tomás Maule didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Mundo went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nereo Garaile to strike the kick off in the second half. Constantino Sein hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Baldomiro Guerrero, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal.
