Ruperto Iraunkor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stuart Knights, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute David Houston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Iraunkor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Iraunkor came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by F. Nightingale Saviors's Bhavin Pandya. But to his dismay, Bhavin Pandya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sungur Pala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Wooster having to interfere. John Houghton kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Ruperto Iraunkor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Houston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Mount Oliver AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. F. Nightingale Saviors were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonzo Cayo to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Di Pasquale in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Nightingale Saviors's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
