F. Nightingale Saviors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristobal Casado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. David Wooster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Atarratze in the 10th minute of play. When Ralph Thompson came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the F. Nightingale Saviors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralph Thompson couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Leones Bielsistas's David Wooster threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristobal Casado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 17 minutes into the match, Leones Bielsistas's goal looked a bit too open when David Melling came free, but Teodoro Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Herminio Cloyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Wooster was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 20th minute Leones Bielsistas were awarded a corner. Cayetano Atarratze went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Cristobal Casado heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralph Thompson in the 27th minute of play forced Leones Bielsistas's goalkeeper Teodoro Ralondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, F. Nightingale Saviors's David Wooster got control of the ball when Cayetano Atarratze tried to sneak it across the goal line. John Houghton kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Leones Bielsistas's Cristobal Casado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Wooster. That made the score 2-0 after 45 minutes of play. Teodoro Ralondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bhavin Pandya in the 48th minute of play. When F. Nightingale Saviors's Bhavin Pandya in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leones Bielsistas's goalie prevented a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd match minute, Leones Bielsistas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Casado to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, F. Nightingale Saviors's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Cloyo came free, but David Wooster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmar Oliverio charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmar Oliverio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Delmar Oliverio hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Houston in the 66th minute of play forced Leones Bielsistas's goalkeeper Teodoro Ralondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bhavin Pandya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Mirande kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Leones Bielsistas's Teodoro Ralondo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Leones Bielsistas from getting a goal against them. F. Nightingale Saviors's David Wooster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Cloyo in the 82nd minute of play. Teodoro Ralondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Houston in the 84th minute of the match. In the 90th match minute, F. Nightingale Saviors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Melling to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Stuart Knights got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. F. Nightingale Saviors's David Houston got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Leones Bielsistas fans cheered their team off the field, for while F. Nightingale Saviors had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
