After a defensive mix-up in 3City United's zone, Martin Minchev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the game, Wild Cats's Martin Minchev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Izydor Walec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 3City United's Izydor Walec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save 3City United from getting a goal against them. A collision led to 3City United getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Grzegorz Pinczewski hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Tommy Kihlberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 41st minute, which Izydor Walec however easily saved by the left post. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boleslaw Raschke to strike the kick off in the second half.
