Arron Conlon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rory McCarthy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rory McCarthy in the 11th minute of play forced GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goalkeeper Jan Turek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maya Angelou Birds were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arron Conlon took the corner. In the 14th minute David Cooke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Turek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Turek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arron Conlon, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on Maya Angelou Birds's corner Arron Conlon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jan Turek quite easily take care of the ball. In the 27th minute Rory McCarthy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Turek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Goode hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rory McCarthy came free, but Jan Turek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Michael Noble left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maya Angelou Birds fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bogumil Charlos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Maya Angelou Birds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Cooke to maneuver through the defense. Miroslaw Labus hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 47th match minute, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wit Zacharzewski to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 48 minutes, Rory McCarthy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maya Angelou Birds's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rory McCarthy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Jan Turek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicholas Perrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Bogdan Babicki charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bogdan Babicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bogdan Babicki kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Nicholas Perrin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Maya Angelou Birds's Rory McCarthy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Jan Turek was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Nicholas Perrin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicholas Perrin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 69th match minute, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leszek Tusk to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Norbert Mikulski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammad Hasan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogumil Charlos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Rory McCarthy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 93rd minute Rory McCarthy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Turek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ got a freekick which was hit by Leszek Tusk.
