In the 23rd minute Ahmet Bülent Timur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Nanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furkan Akkılıç in the 24th minute of play forced Ghostbusters CF's goalkeeper Ivan Nanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, İskender Pekdemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Basarab Surugiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umur Afak having to interfere. Umur Afak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Pavel in the 55th minute of play. When Rafet Ocakoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vakfıkebir United's protests and gave Rafet Ocakoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Rafet Ocakoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Vakfıkebir United getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rafet Ocakoğlu hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Ghostbusters CF's goal looked a bit too open when Serkan Eldem came free, but Ivan Nanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Andrea Pavel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Basarab Surugiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Mehmet Hamdi Değirmencioğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Ghostbusters CF's goalkeeper Ivan Nanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Furkan Akkılıç. Tudor Filipașcu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Umur Afak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paşa Buna in the 78th minute of the match. Vakfıkebir United's Umur Afak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Surdu in the 81st minute of play. In the 81st minute, Abdurrahim Aygüneş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 minutes of play, Vakfıkebir United's Serkan Eldem made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Nanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tudor Filipașcu during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vakfıkebir United's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ghostbusters CF had won, even though Vakfıkebir United had held more of the ball.
