Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Rajiv Pathak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amaury Maertens, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Fabio Maldonado was extremely unlucky when he, in the 4th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Thiago Almada came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Pulpera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thiago Almada couldn't finish the play. After 7 played minutes Hedy Lamarr Hoppers got a freekick which was hit by David Brooker. Fabio Maldonado struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Rajiv Pathak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pulpera FC. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Amaury Maertens sped through Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rajiv Pathak. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's goalkeeper Rajiv Pathak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thomás Macedo came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's David Cook. But to his dismay, David Cook quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Fabio Maldonado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pulpera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Maldonado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rajiv Pathak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amaury Maertens in the 28th minute of play. Rajiv Pathak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amaury Maertens went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. If Fabio Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Isidor in the 39th minute of play forced Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's goalkeeper Rajiv Pathak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Cook hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Thiago Almada might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rajiv Pathak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thiago Almada ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th minute, Pulpera FC's Thiago Almada ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rajiv Pathak. Rajiv Pathak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amaury Maertens to make the kick off. Rajiv Pathak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amaury Maertens in the 51st minute of play. Thiago Almada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rajiv Pathak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Nicholas Dalton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hedy Lamarr Hoppers and the Pulpera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Hedy Lamarr Hoppers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicholas Dalton to maneuver through the defense. David Cook received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Thomás Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pulpera FC's Teofilo Caton got a free kick in the 59th minute. Pulpera FC's Thiago Almada got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Fabio Maldonado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rajiv Pathak. Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabio Maldonado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amaury Maertens in the 76th minute of play forced Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's goalkeeper Rajiv Pathak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's Rajiv Pathak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amaury Maertens in the 78th minute of play. David Cook came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Thomás Macedo could save by the left post. Thiago Almada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Rajiv Pathak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Pulpera FC's Thiago Almada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rajiv Pathak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. 88 minutes into the match, Amaury Maertens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rajiv Pathak. Hedy Lamarr Hoppers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amaury Maertens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. In the 92nd minute, Nicholas Dalton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amaury Maertens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pulpera FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
