Morgan came free, but Cameron Diaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when J.P. Morgan got free with Cameron Diaz in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the game, Gregorio Montez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lucas Rallo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Russówek's Salvador Quezada got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Universitario de deportes's J.P. Cameron Diaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Zima, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Universitario de deportes's attack was well implemented in the 56th minute, but when J.P. Morgan was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Saboya in the 81st minute of play forced Russówek's goalkeeper Cameron Diaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Salvador Quezada suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. During the 82nd minute of the match Haitz Marcos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Haitz Marcos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Haitz Marcos kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Russówek's Zbigniew Zabrzeski was substituted for Gustaw Tomporowski. Haitz Marcos hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Russówek eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
