Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Batıkan Tolunbay started the match with the kick off. Abelardo Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Terra in the 4th minute of the match. Abelardo Zubizarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Terra in the 5th minute of play. After 8 played minutes Al-Fajuth got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Gabrielli. In the 12th minute, Batıkan Tolunbay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Al-Fajuth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jenipapo SC's Karl Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batıkan Tolunbay in the 20th minute of play. Al-Fajuth's Abelardo Zubizarreta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Perez in the 22nd minute of play. Karl Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batıkan Tolunbay in the 28th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Leopoldo Perez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al-Fajuth's Abelardo Zubizarreta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Perez in the 33rd minute of play forced Al-Fajuth's goalkeeper Abelardo Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Pilgren came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Fajuth's Batıkan Tolunbay. But to his dismay, Batıkan Tolunbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Abelardo Zubizarreta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Al-Fajuth's goalkeeper Abelardo Zubizarreta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Carlos Monteiro. Zé Carlos Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Abelardo Zubizarreta made a huge save. Abelardo Zubizarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Perez in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Aníbal Alagoano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Zubizarreta was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Rui Albuquerque charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui Albuquerque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 46 minutes into the game, one of Al-Fajuth:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Abelardo Zubizarreta, was totally fooled by Jenipapo SC's Guga Tavares, who 48 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aníbal Alagoano to make the kick off. A collision led to Al-Fajuth getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Rui Albuquerque hit a great ball. Batıkan Tolunbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Pilgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Al-Fajuth's Yin Yong Yuan was substituted for Batıkan Tolunbay. Kajetan Pilarski hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Perez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo Zubizarreta. Al-Fajuth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Perez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Al-Fajuth made a substitution. Adam Lee replaced Joaquim Peres. A collision led to Jenipapo SC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Zé Carlos Monteiro hit a great ball. Karl Pilgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yin Yong Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 79 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Pariseau came free, but Karl Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Al-Fajuth were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Jenipapo SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thommy Gala took the corner. In the 82nd minute Leopoldo Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Zubizarreta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 minutes Al-Fajuth's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guga Tavares who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Jenipapo SC's corner Maurício Arósio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abelardo Zubizarreta quite easily take care of the ball. Leonardo Pariseau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Carlos Alberto Gamarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Yin Yong Yuan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Pilgren was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Leopoldo Perez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Zubizarreta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Adam Lee was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. Al-Fajuth's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 94th minute of the match, Yin Yong Yuan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Karl Pilgren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Karl Pilgren made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Leonardo Pariseau sent off a good shot on target. In the 98th minute Yin Yong Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Al-Fajuth succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Jenipapo SC had controlled the match.
