After 7 played minutes Alay Bishkek got a freekick which was hit by Mikhail Dmitrevskiy. 胡思朋 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute 胡思朋 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mümtazer Hadim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steff Tholand lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 17th minute, Steff Tholand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Paulo Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitaliy Klimov in the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 胡思朋 in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mümtazer Hadim saved Alay Bishkek from getting behind. Luiz Paulo Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Bondarev in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the Alay Bishkek defense, Amauri de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mümtazer Hadim. The Alay Bishkek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mümtazer Hadim should have stopped the shot. Mümtazer Hadim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amauri de Souza in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind São José E. C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Vaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, São José E. C.'s 胡思朋 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mümtazer Hadim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Mümtazer Hadim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amauri de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Lázaro Seabra in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Alay Bishkek were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after São José E. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lázaro Seabra took the corner. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The São José E. C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Alay Bishkek had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
