After 5 played minutes Degerfors IF got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Flinck. BeypazarıŞeker Spor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ahmet Necdet Şahinhan in the 7th minute. After 9 minutes of play, Degerfors IF's Leonard Christoffersson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Anıl Kadrettin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Degerfors IF's attentive Patrik Flinck managed to snatch the ball when Ahmet Çağrı Yürükoğlu made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Leonard Christoffersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Anıl Kadrettin was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Eser Oncubay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Mascovescu having to interfere. BeypazarıŞeker Spor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Degerfors IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Degerfors IF's Patrik Flinck got a free kick in the 46th minute. A collision led to Degerfors IF getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Leonard Christoffersson hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sverker Vidman was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Mehmet Anıl Kadrettin managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Degerfors IF's Sverker Vidman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A sloppy throw-in by Refik Halit Bektaş in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Degerfors IF's Tomas Bäckström. Sverker Vidman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Mehmet Anıl Kadrettin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leonard Christoffersson struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Mehmet Anıl Kadrettin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Degerfors IF. After 62nd play minutes Zaid Şahsuvar shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Denis Mascovescu and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Degerfors IF's Patrik Flinck got a free kick in the 68th minute. İslam Hinoğlu got a throw-in 71 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eser Oncubay. With a little luck, BeypazarıŞeker Spor's Mehmet Anıl Kadrettin got control of the ball when Leonard Christoffersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Mehmet Anıl Kadrettin managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Degerfors IF's Sverker Vidman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Degerfors IF's Sverker Vidman got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eser Oncubay in the 85th minute of play forced Degerfors IF's goalkeeper Denis Mascovescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sverker Vidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
