The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Matej Hnilica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Gorosti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvador Gorosti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matej Hnilica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Matej Hnilica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salvador Gorosti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matej Hnilica in the 11th minute of play. Matej Hnilica scored 1-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Salvador Gorosti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Dionisia's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Almada came free, but Aquiles Senio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Matej Hnilica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Gorosti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by German Naelio. In the 29th match minute, Dionisia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Ereinotz to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Bernat in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Senio saved Dionisia from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Pascual Bernat put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aquiles Senio. Dionisia's Matej Hnilica got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dionisia made a substitution. Florencio Chano replaced Denis Ereinotz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Tirso got free with Aquiles Senio in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aquiles Senio made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Pascual Bernat sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matej Hnilica made a kick off. The throw-in from Micael Póvoas in the 51st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dionisia's Tomás Xacintu. Dionisia made a substitution. Melchor Gregory replaced Sebastian Cisco. A collision led to Ernesto Guevara SyD getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Vinicio Rodriguez hit a great ball. Aquiles Senio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Gregory in the 62nd minute of play forced Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalkeeper Salvador Gorosti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Senio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Bernat in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Tirso in the 77th minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Aquiles Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Senio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Tirso, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Ernesto Guevara SyD's Salvador Gorosti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Ernesto Guevara SyD from getting a goal against them. Salvador Gorosti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Gregory in the 91st minute of the match. Ernesto Guevara SyD's Salvador Gorosti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Ernesto Guevara SyD from getting a goal against them. Dionisia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
