Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aslan FC's Orlando Muñoz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Orlando Muñoz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Manuel Liborio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Guillermo Díaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Manuel Liborio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Liborio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Muñoz's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. If Guillermo Díaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Edgar Medrano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aslan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Revelación the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Edgar Medrano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Libardo Cerna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Avilio Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Orlando Muñoz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Manuel Liborio, passed just outside the right post. 35 minutes into the match, Orlando Muñoz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Manuel Liborio, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Revelación's zone, Guillermo Díaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Liborio came out of the goal and Guillermo Díaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Aslan FC booed when Revelación was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Liborio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Muñoz in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Félix Mora to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Avilio Moreno managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Revelación's Libardo Cerna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 54 minutes into the match, Guillermo Díaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Liborio. Revelación's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillermo Díaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Guillermo Díaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Libardo Cerna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Manuel Liborio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Díaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Rolando Contrera put in a rough tackle. 71 minutes into the game, one of Aslan FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With an all-out effort, Revelación's Avilio Moreno threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Félix Mora, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Guillermo Díaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Liborio having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Revelación's Félix Mora slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Avilio Moreno. That made the score 2-1 after 86 minutes of play. Libardo Cerna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
