When Millano Iruegas came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Cargadero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Millano Iruegas couldn't finish the play. Cargadero's Firmo Cianca got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Millano Iruegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 14 minutes, Lawrence Villascuerna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mingao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lawrence Villascuerna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Cargadero's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Novo came free, but Kauldi Oñativia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Cargadero's goalkeeper Kauldi Oñativia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josepe Antonijoan. Kauldi Oñativia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Novo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Cargadero's Kauldi Oñativia got control of the ball when Josepe Antonijoan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Frederik Viscon notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Mingao's Tanio Guareña. Tanio Guareña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Millano Iruegas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Tanio Guareña made a huge save.
