After 19 played minutes ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ got a freekick which was hit by Sal Beltran. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joesph Teague was slow to take the kick. During this time Harrison FC's players had a chance to rest. Harrison FC's Joesph Teague was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Carmona in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tom Fletcher made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Brendon Carter sent off a good shot on target. Tom Fletcher was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elias Snow showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Brendon Carter charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brendon Carter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Harrison FC booed when ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brendon Carter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vernon Nava took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marco Carmona. ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Harrison FC's Tom Fletcher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Harrison FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Harrison FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Kermit Ritter hit a great ball. In the 42nd match minute, ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lanny Downey to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron Colby in the 44th minute of play forced ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ's goalkeeper Marco Carmona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ron Colby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brendon Carter to make the kick off. Harrison FC's Young Collins got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Tolbert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harrison FC the free kick.
