Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Flame Throwers's Shelton Knutson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ni Xun Sen in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind SeaForD's goalkeeper Józef Mlynarczyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SeaForD's Józef Mlynarczyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save SeaForD from getting a goal against them. Ni Xun Sen might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shelton Knutson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ni Xun Sen ran back to his position shaking his head. 8 minutes into the match, Flame Throwers's goal looked a bit too open when Ni Xun Sen came free, but Shelton Knutson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ni Xun Sen took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shelton Knutson. Shelton Knutson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Shelton Knutson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ni Xun Sen, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Flame Throwers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aram Arzumanyan was slow to take the kick. During this time SeaForD's players had a chance to rest. Aram Arzumanyan made a great header on SeaForD's corner, it was just that Flame Throwers's Shelton Knutson managed to reach the ball for a save. Shelton Knutson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ni Xun Sen went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ni Xun Sen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shelton Knutson having to make a save. Shelton Knutson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ni Xun Sen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ni Xun Sen in the 32nd minute of play forced Flame Throwers's goalkeeper Shelton Knutson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shelton Knutson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ni Xun Sen, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Ni Xun Sen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shelton Knutson was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The Flame Throwers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SeaForD were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Scotty Dietz made a kick off. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flame Throwers's goalkeeper Shelton Knutson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Shelton Knutson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ni Xun Sen in the 60th minute. Józef Mlynarczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Hyatt in the 61st minute of play. After 66 played minutes SeaForD got a freekick which was hit by Leon Kimman. Flame Throwers made a substitution. Sonny Mathis replaced Reinaldo McCormick. SeaForD made a substitution. Salvador Calcagnini replaced Dominique Thorne. SeaForD's Harold Loozen was substituted for Ni Xun Sen. After a rather tough play, SeaForD's Leon Kimman got a free kick in the 68th minute. Harold Loozen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shelton Knutson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Mahieddine Zitouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 played minutes, Flame Throwers's Mickey Velasco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Józef Mlynarczyk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Flame Throwers reached it. Shelton Knutson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 75th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Sonny Mathis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SeaForD booed when Flame Throwers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Scot Blue didn't get a good kick on the ball. Józef Mlynarczyk came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Flame Throwers's Scotty Dietz. But to his dismay, Scotty Dietz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 88 minutes, Andy Steffens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SeaForD and the Flame Throwers players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SeaForD getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Andy Steffens hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sonny Mathis in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Józef Mlynarczyk saved SeaForD from getting behind. After some careless play in the SeaForD defense, Sonny Mathis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Józef Mlynarczyk. The SeaForD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Józef Mlynarczyk should have stopped the shot. The Flame Throwers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SeaForD's performance. The match ended with a win for SeaForD.
