Zheng Chong Yue made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Sandalio in the 11th minute. With his leg Zheng Chong Yue managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Wargs FC's Leontin Rusu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chihiro Club's Zheng Chong Yue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Sandalio in the 17th minute of play. 0-2 became the score in the 19th minute when Djamel Abdi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 24th play minutes Anšlavs Seletickis shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Maamar Saïfi and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 33rd match minute, Chihiro Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamid Kourichi to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Chihiro Club getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lakhdar Azem hit a great ball. Zheng Chong Yue was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sebastian Sandalio. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cheb Haddou during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chihiro Club's Cheb Haddou got a free kick in the 45th minute. Zheng Chong Yue made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Leontin Rusu sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leontin Rusu to make the kick off. In the 56th match minute, Chihiro Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gugu Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Sandalio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zheng Chong Yue. Chihiro Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Zheng Chong Yue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Sandalio in the 69th minute of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Djamel Abdi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wargs FC's Maamar Saïfi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Chihiro Club got a corner. Wargs FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gugu Mineiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 75th minute, Leontin Rusu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zheng Chong Yue was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 77th minute, Ahmet Orhan Ünlüer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Djamel Abdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wargs FC's Nourredine Sadmi was substituted for Ahmed Diss. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Sandalio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zheng Chong Yue was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
