Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mariusz Szotek got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Mariusz Szotek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murillo Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brazuca's Murillo Gonçalves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Brazuca from getting a goal against them. After 6 played minutes Brazuca got a freekick which was hit by Kauan Melo. Murillo Gonçalves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Smedfeldt in the 9th minute. Brazuca's Murillo Gonçalves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Szotek in the 14th minute of play. Júlio Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Sena in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Brazuca's Osmar Tróia got a free kick in the 20th minute. Brazuca's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mariusz Szotek 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Smedfeldt got free with Murillo Gonçalves in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Júlio Botelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeu Andrade in the 40th minute of the match. If Mariusz Szotek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Júlio Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Sena in the 43rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tadeu Andrade made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Mariusz Szotek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Remo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Martin Smedfeldt took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murillo Gonçalves. Murillo Gonçalves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Remo Senas short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Júlio Botelho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 66 minutes into the match, Brazuca's goal looked a bit too open when Mariusz Szotek came free, but Murillo Gonçalves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Smedfeldt in the 67th minute of play forced Brazuca's goalkeeper Murillo Gonçalves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remo Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Remo Sena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Júlio Botelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Remo Sena who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Júlio Botelho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Martin Smedfeldt sped through Brazuca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Murillo Gonçalves. Brazuca made a substitution. Chiquinho Zonta replaced Remo Sena. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Remo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brazuca had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
