Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arapa's Murillo Matos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Murillo Matos struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Alfredão Novaes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arapa. Ceech and Chong's Alfredão Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Matos in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Murillo Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arapa's supporters rose to their feet, but Murillo Matos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredão Novaes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Breno Tepedino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Fernando Freire hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Breno Tepedino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Ceech and Chong's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murillo Matos in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredão Novaes saved Ceech and Chong from getting behind. Breno Tepedino struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Allan Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceech and Chong. After 26 played minutes Ceech and Chong got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Prado. Murillo Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Arapa booed when Ceech and Chong was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Conrado Félix sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredão Novaes skillfully saved the ball. Joaquim Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Ceech and Chong got a corner. Arapa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabinho Arósio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Ceech and Chong's corner Fabinho Arósio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Allan Monteiro quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernandão Amorim made a kick off. Breno Tepedino might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Allan Monteiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Breno Tepedino ran back to his position shaking his head. Murillo Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Manoel Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Breno Tepedino came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ceech and Chong fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Breno Tepedino couldn't finish the play. Allan Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandão Amorim in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Ceech and Chong's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Matos came free, but Alfredão Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 75th minute of the match Edu Linares completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Edu Linares a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Edu Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manoel Andrade got free with Alfredão Novaes in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manoel Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ceech and Chong's Alfredão Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Matos in the 84th minute of play. Murillo Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Novaes having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ceech and Chong's zone, Murillo Matos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredão Novaes came out of the goal and Murillo Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Arapa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
