Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vítor Koehler started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Maresias SS's zone, Vítor Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Araújo came out of the goal and Vítor Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 17 minutes into the game, Sao Simao's Vítor Koehler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diogo Araújo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Maresias SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! The referee gave Sao Simao a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Davy Geest, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Maresias SS's Diogo Araújo. 2-0. Vítor Koehlers short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Diogo Araújo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Glauco de Alcântara during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Maresias SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Sao Simao getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gilson Dracena hit a great ball. Paulo Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Reynaldo Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Sao Simao got a freekick which was hit by Gilson Dracena. Vítor Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Diogo Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Hugo Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Silva having to interfere. Paulo Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Silva came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Maresias SS's Paulo Toscano. But to his dismay, Paulo Toscano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Reynaldo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glauco de Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Vítor Koehler might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diogo Araújo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Koehler ran back to his position shaking his head. After 66 played minutes Sao Simao got a freekick which was hit by Kamil Grositskiy. 68 minutes into the match, Maresias SS's goal looked a bit too open when Davy Geest came free, but Diogo Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilson Dracena hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Davy Geest notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Maresias SS's Diogo Araújo. Diogo Araújo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the game, Adalmo Quadros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maresias SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sao Simao the free kick. The supporters of Sao Simao booed when Maresias SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalmo Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Maresias SS's goal looked a bit too open when Davy Geest came free, but Diogo Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Araújo having to interfere. Anderson Galvão charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anderson Galvão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anderson Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Vítor Koehler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diogo Araújo having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the Sao Simao players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
