Maurinho Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Tavares having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Ibatui AD got a freekick which was hit by Umberto Gonçalves. A hard shot by Enrique Gaúcho from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Vicente Messias's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Bruno Tavares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogério Loureiro went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogério Loureiro to make the kick off. Budweiser Soccer Club's Bruno Tavares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Budweiser Soccer Club from getting a goal against them. Cristóvão Lopez struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Vicente Messias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Budweiser Soccer Club. Rogério Loureiro hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ibatui AD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
