Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amadeu Fonseca kicked off to start the match. Douglas Domingues took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Fernando Nunes. Carlos Fernando Nunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When João Carlos Bittencourt fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DAYTI FC's protests and gave João Carlos Bittencourt a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes DAYTI FC got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos Bittencourt. The supporters of VikingsFcSsa booed when DAYTI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leopoldo Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Mário Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Amadeu Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mário Ceresso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leopoldo Passos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Ceresso having to interfere. Leopoldo Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mário Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandro Rezende hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, DAYTI FC's Mário Ceresso got control of the ball when Leopoldo Passos tried to sneak it across the goal line. VikingsFcSsa's Amadeu Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
