Palmeiras PIATÃ FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Délio Valadares 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Délio Valadares struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Angelo Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jucazinho SC. In the 11th match minute, Palmeiras PIATÃ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Eduardo de Brito to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Edson de Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jucazinho SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edson de Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelo Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Valadares in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Cesinha Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lino Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Délio Valadares in the 36th minute of play forced Palmeiras PIATÃ FC's goalkeeper Angelo Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Délio Valadares in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Lopez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Valadares in the 40th minute of play. Palmeiras PIATÃ FC's Angelo Lopez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Palmeiras PIATÃ FC from getting a goal against them. Waldir Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Abreu made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Palmeiras PIATÃ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Abreu to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Délio Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Eduardo de Brito got his second yellow card in the match during the 58th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. When Edson de Brito came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Jucazinho SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edson de Brito couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Edson de Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edson de Brito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelo Lopez having to make a save. Kléberson Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, Jucazinho SC's Délio Valadares made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelo Lopez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angelo Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Délio Valadares in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Délio Valadares in the 79th minute of play forced Palmeiras PIATÃ FC's goalkeeper Angelo Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edson de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Lopez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jucazinho SC's Lino Miranda got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd match minute, Jucazinho SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Lira to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Jucazinho SC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Abreu came free, but Waldir Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jucazinho SC had played much better football throughout.
