In the 6th minute, Manfredo de Amorim made a precise shot to the right of Luan Camargo. Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Percival Neiva's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amílton Quadros firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eriberto de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luan Camargo having to interfere. Amílton Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geraldo Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Delfim Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Delfim Recife got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luan Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo de Amorim in the 27th minute of play. Manfredo de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Amílton Quadros managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER's Percival Neiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Geraldo Coutinho made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Geraldo Coutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amílton Quadros was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After having played for 58 minutes, Geraldo Coutinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 61 played minutes Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Luizinho Pinheiro. Eriberto de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Luan Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luan Camargo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manfredo de Amorim went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. E.C. Itajaí's Claudinei Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manfredo de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luan Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo de Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Manfredo de Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Luan Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded E.C. Itajaí left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rondônia Blazers FC 4EVER.
