The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After a rather tough play, Belém Boys II's Valdir Esteves got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes, Elano Quirino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Irundiara and the Belém Boys II players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Irundiara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elano Quirino to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Clóvis Lucas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Falcão de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 played minutes Irundiara got a freekick which was hit by Luisão Nóbrega. Chicão Amorim didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Clóvis Lucas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Clóvis Lucas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Irundiara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristiano Xavier was slow to take the kick. During this time Belém Boys II's players had a chance to rest. Chicão Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Lucas in the 57th minute of the match. Clóvis Lucas struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Chicão Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belém Boys II. Chicão Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Falcão de Senna's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 91stth minute of the game Falcão de Senna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Irundiara's Chicão Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Irundiara's zone, Clóvis Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chicão Amorim came out of the goal and Clóvis Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrick Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Irundiara's Chicão Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão de Senna in the 97th minute of play. Cristiano Xavier made a great header on Belém Boys II's corner, it was just that Irundiara's Chicão Amorim managed to reach the ball for a save. There was no doubt that Belém Boys II were the better team. Belém Boys II's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
