But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dionisio Loiola couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celso Terciero during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cuestion de Divorcio AFC booed when Tapalqué was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Terciero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clodoveo Panfilo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, Fabio Casado notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Cuestion de Divorcio AFC's Enrique Clodio. Enrique Clodio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Iraunkor in the 74th minute of play forced Cuestion de Divorcio AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Clodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
