In the 3rd minute of the match Alejandro Peru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Selatse skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Arce in the 16th minute of play forced Sunchal's goalkeeper Serafin Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Austin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Selatse having to interfere. After 19 minutes, Ramiro Tercero made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Hasta La Victoria Siempre's Juan Selatse tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Serafin Hartz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Arce in the 25th minute of play. Jonatan Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Benigno Gaufred managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hasta La Victoria Siempre's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Gaufred was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Hartz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Sunchal's Serafin Hartz got control of the ball when Benigno Gaufred tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Hasta La Victoria Siempre booed when Sunchal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Berasko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Arce received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafin Hartz came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonatan Arce slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Arce in the 45th minute of play forced Sunchal's goalkeeper Serafin Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sunchal's Serafin Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Gaufred in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jonatan Arce made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Sunchal's Donato Berasko made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Selatse was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ramiro Tercero struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Juan Selatse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunchal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Gaufred in the 61st minute of play forced Sunchal's goalkeeper Serafin Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benigno Gaufred received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Serafin Hartz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramiro Tercero got free with Juan Selatse in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Berasko in the 77th minute of play forced Hasta La Victoria Siempre's goalkeeper Juan Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramiro Tercero in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramiro Tercero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Juan Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes, Alberto Obeko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sunchal and the Hasta La Victoria Siempre players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sunchal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
