Gabriel Medina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Santiago Ibon hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Feliciano Tono kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Liberto got free with Gabriel Medina in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the game, Celestino Jurdan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Enrique Matei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Ibon in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Matei saved Banfield2 from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Santiago Ibon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Matei was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Gabriel Medina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Lucado in the 43rd minute of the match. When Santiago Ibon fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atego Fútbol Club's protests and gave Santiago Ibon a yellow card for diving instead. Santiago Ibon kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Enrique Liberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Medina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Lucado in the 64th minute of play forced Atego Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Gabriel Medina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernan Koldobika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Matei having to interfere. The Banfield2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Enrique Matei successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Atego Fútbol Club booed when Banfield2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Atego Fútbol Club players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Banfield2 from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
