Anier Hunfredo kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of Moretti Fútbol Club booed when Metanollica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th match minute, Moretti Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Sengrat to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for Moretti Fútbol Club. Benjamin Abastas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jaime Kelemen. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Moretti Fútbol Club's Severo Weterio got a free kick in the 20th minute. If Julio Mosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th minute, Fermin Lekubegi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 35 minutes, Julio Mosen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moretti Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Mosen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th match minute, Metanollica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Azeari to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 40 minutes, Julio Mosen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moretti Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Mosen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st match minute, Metanollica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Jaunti to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Everardo Sidoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Fermin Lekubegi made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Moretti Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Anier Hunfredo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Mosen in the 53rd minute of play forced Metanollica's goalkeeper Jaime Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Kelemen having to interfere. Julio Mosen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julio Mosen might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Kelemen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Mosen ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Mosen took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Kelemen. Jaime Kelemen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Anier Hunfredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moretti Fútbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Anier Hunfredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Kelemen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Metanollica's Emiliano Azeari got a free kick in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Julio Mosen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moretti Fútbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Mosen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Kelemen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jaime Kelemen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julio Mosen's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Jaime Kelemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Mosen in the 94th minute of the match. Moretti Fútbol Club's Julio Mosen got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Moretti Fútbol Club were the better team. Moretti Fútbol Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
