Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Albariño's Hernan Peli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Hernan Peli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Veronica was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 9th minute, Hernan Peli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Albariño fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. David Mirande didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when C.A Velez Sarsfield's Cristian Aztore shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Adan Claus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg David Mirande managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when C.A Velez Sarsfield's Cristian Aztore fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. David Mirande was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Celedonio Mannie capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Celedonio Mannie really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Cristian Aztore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Peli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes C.A Velez Sarsfield got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Atarrabi. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Velez Sarsfield's zone, Hernan Peli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Veronica came out of the goal and Hernan Peli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Celedonio Mannie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cristian Aztore came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the C.A Velez Sarsfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Aztore couldn't finish the play. If Celedonio Mannie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Aztore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celedonio Mannie made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Cristian Aztore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Mirande was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Adan Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Veronica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Peli, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Adan Claus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Leonardo Veronica made a huge save. After a rather tough play, C.A Velez Sarsfield's Melquiades Eudoxio got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cristian Aztore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Aztore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Aztore in the 81st minute of play forced Albariño's goalkeeper David Mirande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85thth minute of the game Hernan Peli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A Velez Sarsfield's Leonardo Veronica was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ubaldo Inko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Cristian Aztore notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Albariño's David Mirande. David Mirande was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.A Velez Sarsfield had played much better football throughout.
