Celestino Abajas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Astor Olivar made a huge save. When Anacleto Goren, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 11 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Omar Barto was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Anacleto Goren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Barto having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Anacleto Goren made a precise shot to the right of Omar Barto. A. Deportivo Norte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 22 minutes of play, Berduc AFC's Enrique Quinito made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omar Barto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lisandro Isias hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Celestino Abajas charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celestino Abajas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to A. Deportivo Norte getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Celestino Abajas hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, A. Deportivo Norte's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Quinito came free, but Omar Barto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Anacleto Goren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Omar Barto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Enrique Quinito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Barto having to interfere. Anacleto Goren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Barto having to make a save. Omar Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Goren in the 43rd minute of the match. Omar Barto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Goren in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in A. Deportivo Norte's zone, Enrique Quinito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Barto came out of the goal and Enrique Quinito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Berduc AFC played a much better game than A. Deportivo Norte and deserved their victory. The A. Deportivo Norte players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
