Saturnino Nayely was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in SENILLOSA FC's zone, Anastasio Feo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saturnino Nayely came out of the goal and Anastasio Feo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hilario Jaunzuria kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Geronimo Caradaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgilio Belo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saturnino Nayely. SENILLOSA FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Saturnino Nayely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Feo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justino Lazcano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Valente in the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chañaritos FC's zone, Marcial Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 42nd minute, Osvaldo Vistruario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anastasio Feo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Saturnino Nayely tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Chañaritos FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Valente made a kick off. During the 52nd minute of the match Osvaldo Vistruario completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent.
