Jose Egoitz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ramon Txerran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Malvin in the 12th minute of play. Efrain Lizar kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Jose Egoitz struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Apolo Guzman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Greenfield. The supporters of Velloso AFC booed when Greenfield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Edwardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Silverio Edwardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute, Guaberto Osorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Velloso AFC's Guaberto Osorio got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Alonzo Romelio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Velloso AFC's Apolo Guzman didn't even have to move. Cipriano Malvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Velloso AFC's Emilio Franco got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jose Egoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Jose Egoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Greenfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Egoitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Guzman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramon Txerran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Txerran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Franco in the 51st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jose Egoitz made a kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Jose Egoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Greenfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Egoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Velloso AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! After having played for 69 minutes, Cipriano Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Velloso AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Malvin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Velloso AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Greenfield. Alonzo Romelio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Apolo Guzman. 3-0. 77 minutes into the match, Velloso AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Egoitz came free, but Apolo Guzman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Egoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute Cipriano Malvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Txerran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute Prospero Procopio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Guzman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Goren kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Prospero Procopio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Velloso AFC's zone, Jose Egoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Guzman came out of the goal and Jose Egoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Prospero Procopio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Greenfield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. A collision led to Velloso AFC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Guaberto Osorio hit a great ball. Prospero Procopio struck a weak shot in the 101st minute. Apolo Guzman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Greenfield. Ramon Txerran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Malvin in the 104th minute of the match. Velloso AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
