Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Enzo Erlantz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Barrancas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Donostia came free, but Cornelio Gilen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 3 played minutes Barrancas FC got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Cordarin. Barrancas FC's Cornelio Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Txema in the 12th minute of play. Artemio Baristo hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Rafael Txema received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cornelio Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Rogelio Cordarin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrancas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanford the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rafael Txema managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanford's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Txema was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Gilen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 31 played minutes Sanford got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Chepe. Victorio Efraim was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Leon Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Cordara having to interfere. Enzo Erlantz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Geronimo Cordara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sanford's Geronimo Cordara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Sanford from getting a goal against them. If Hermengildo Jacindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Txema stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Barrancas FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Botello. Cornelio Gilen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Jacindo went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 59 minutes into the game, Rafael Txema was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sanford's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrancas FC the free kick. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Enzo Erlantz put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Geronimo Cordara. Enzo Erlantz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Geronimo Cordara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geronimo Cordara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enzo Erlantz's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Rafael Txema recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermengildo Jacindo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Cornelio Gilen made a huge save. Rafael Txema received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cornelio Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 minutes, Martin Bartolome mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sanford and the Barrancas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 90 minutes, Enzo Erlantz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Erlantz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geronimo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Erlantz, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Cornelio Gilen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Txema in the 95th minute of play. Sanford's Hermengildo Jacindo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Sanford players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Barrancas FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
