Edelmiro Aureo's late challenge caught a Sinquieal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edelmiro Aureo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lavalle's Edelmiro Aureo got a free kick in the 10th minute. With an all-out effort, Lavalle's Alberto Bartoli threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rene Banegas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Osvaldo Lehoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Lon in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Banegas in the 26th minute of play forced Sinquieal's goalkeeper Alberto Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Nereo Lon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Lehoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Lehoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Cresconio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Lehoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Cresconio in the 41st minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Cresconio was the one to do the kick off. Sinquieal's Alberto Bartoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Banegas in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Lavalle getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Bernabe Min hit a great ball. If Salvador Herauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Lon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Osvaldo Lehoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Lavalle's goalkeeper Osvaldo Lehoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nereo Lon. Osvaldo Lehoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Cresconio went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the game, Sinquieal's Christian Arnas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Lehoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Alberto Bartoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Herauso in the 74th minute of the match. Sinquieal's Mario Chuan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 76th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Osvaldo Lehoi but with some difficulty. Osvaldo Lehoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nereo Lon in the 79th minute. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Salvador Herauso sped through Sinquieal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alberto Bartoli. 91 minutes into the match, Sinquieal's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Banegas came free, but Alberto Bartoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Arnas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Osvaldo Lehoi made a huge save. Alberto Bartoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Banegas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Osvaldo Lehoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Arnas in the 95th minute of play. Lavalle succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sinquieal had controlled the match.
