The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benito Caitano to strike the kick off in the second half. Chacarita's Benedicto Eate got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matias Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Sol in the 54th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Marcelino Salvator got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nereo Gabirel hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 91st play minutes Benedicto Eate shot 7-2, a short shot which went by Matias Garcia and just under the crossbar into goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chacarita had played much better football throughout.
