Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Geronimo Izel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anga's goalkeeper Miguel Vermudo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilberto Acosta might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miguel Vermudo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilberto Acosta ran back to his position shaking his head. Roman Henry struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Miguel Vermudo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bella Vista. A collision led to Anga getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Alonzo Jordy charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alonzo Jordy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Anga got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Jordy. Roman Henry struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Miguel Vermudo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bella Vista. Miguel Vermudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Acosta in the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Gilberto Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Vermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Geronimo Gaztea made the kick off in the second half. Maximiliano Tanio charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximiliano Tanio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bella Vista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anga the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Gaztea in the 60th minute of play forced Bella Vista's goalkeeper Geronimo Izel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Henry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Vermudo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Gilberto Acosta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Henry took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Vermudo. Miguel Vermudo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Astor Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bella Vista's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Aimar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Vermudo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roman Henry hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. When Anga's Geronimo Gaztea in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bella Vista's goalie prevented a goal. Javier Napier kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Bella Vista:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anga:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Gaztea in the 97th minute of play forced Bella Vista's goalkeeper Geronimo Izel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Napier hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Bella Vista were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
