A collision led to Alejandro getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Basilio Valente hit a great ball. Celso Donio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Ferran having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Celso Donio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Ferran was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Zeledon Chucho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Ferran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Alejandro's Arturo Casado got a free kick in the 18th minute. Enzo Ponciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Celso Donio 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. If Leonides Innocenzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Rodolfo Ferran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Donio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Rodolfo Ferran made a huge save. Rodolfo Ferran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Donio's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. If Justo Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Celso Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Alejandro's zone, Celso Donio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Ferran came out of the goal and Celso Donio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albino Botello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Alejandro's zone, Zeledon Chucho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Ferran came out of the goal and Zeledon Chucho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alejandro's Rodolfo Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Innocenzio in the 54th minute of play. Celso Donio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodolfo Ferran having to make a save. When Celso Donio came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Sátiros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Donio couldn't finish the play. Zeledon Chucho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro's Rodolfo Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Donio in the 70th minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Zeledon Chucho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sátiros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Chucho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Zeledon Chucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Celso Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arturo Casado charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Casado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sátiros FC booed when Alejandro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Casado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Donio in the 82nd minute of the match. Arturo Casado hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Sátiros FC's Celso Donio got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Zeledon Chucho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Donio in the 94th minute of play forced Alejandro's goalkeeper Rodolfo Ferran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Ferran came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Sátiros FC's Celso Donio. But to his dismay, Celso Donio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Sátiros FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
