The wind increased when Santos Hernandez made the kick off in the second half. Lisandro Prejun kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Fulgencio Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ermegildo Txerran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulgencio Jacindo might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Txerran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Jacindo ran back to his position shaking his head. Ermegildo Txerran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Hernandez in the 64th minute of play. If Cleto Azeari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Silvio Eli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clason AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
