The supporters of Academia Dragões-FLF booed when Lordello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bento Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Academia Dragões-FLF's Francisco Cerqueira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristóvão Viana. That made the score 3-0 after 23 minutes of play. Lucas Viveiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28th play minutes Lucas Viveiros shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Cristóvão Viana and just under the crossbar into goal. If Cristiano Monsanto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Cristiano Monsanto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Dragões-FLF's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Monsanto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristóvão Viana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristiano Monsanto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Viana having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Academia Dragões-FLF's Jordão Maltez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristóvão Viana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bento Aleixo to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Cristiano Monsanto put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cristóvão Viana. In the 62nd minute, António Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lucas Viveiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 71 minutes, Lucas Viveiros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Dragões-FLF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Viveiros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lordello's Bento Aleixo got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, António Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Alípio Palha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 82 minutes into the game, Lucas Viveiros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Cristóvão Viana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Viveiros in the 95th minute of play forced Lordello's goalkeeper Cristóvão Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Cerqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Cerqueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisco Cerqueira hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Academia Dragões-FLF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
