Felix Barrett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nusrettin Sehrud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robert Topham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stoke Poges AFC's Frazer Birchall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arın Soner in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Phillip Ash ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Topham was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Frazer Birchall successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 44thth minute of the game Arın Soner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stoke Poges AFC's Frazer Birchall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thom Senior kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Legionnaires's goal looked a bit too open when Phillip Ash came free, but Robert Topham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Arın Soner made the kick off in the second half. Arın Soner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Frazer Birchall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Stoke Poges AFC's Ozzy Holloway seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ozzy Holloway the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Stoke Poges AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ozzy Holloway had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Legionnaires. Nusrettin Sehrud stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Frazer Birchall. 1-1. Lance Abbotts's late challenge caught a Legionnaires's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lance Abbotts helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Lance Abbotts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Barrett couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Stoke Poges AFC booed when Legionnaires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Kullgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stoke Poges AFC's Felix Barrett got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robert Topham made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Felix Barrett sent off a good shot on target.
