Theo Oliver stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Pope's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. If Frank Pope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camborne's Theo Oliver proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Camborne from getting a goal against them. Steve Brindley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terry England having to interfere. In the 45th minute Frank Pope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Oliver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luke Shipton struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Theo Oliver didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tottenham United. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Theo Oliver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luke Thornton in the 51st minute of the match. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Camborne's goalkeeper Theo Oliver, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dom Gilchrist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luke Thornton kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. When Tottenham United's Luke Shipton in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Camborne's goalie prevented a goal. 64 minutes into the game, Luke Shipton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Theo Oliver was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Camborne's zone, Frank Pope stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theo Oliver came out of the goal and Frank Pope tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Luke Shipton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Theo Oliver was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Terry England was a little too slow when Dom Gilchrist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 2-1. The supporters of Tottenham United booed when Camborne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Osborn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Callum Ridgeway hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Dave Willis shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Camborne's Theo Oliver to catch but Dave Willis was lucky. It became 3-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal.
