When Jan-Erik Tinglöf came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the BK Merzog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Erik Tinglöf couldn't finish the play. Jan-Erik Tinglöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Erik Tinglöf in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvar Brodin saved Pornystars from getting behind. If Gösta Larsfält had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reine Alén in the 40th minute of play forced Pornystars's goalkeeper Alvar Brodin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Hökqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Björklund in the 60th minute. Jonas Hökqvist acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edvin Wallin. After having played for 65 minutes, Knut Gernberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Merzog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Knut Gernberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Axel Åkerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Merzog's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pornystars the free kick. A collision led to BK Merzog getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Axel Åkerberg hit a great ball. Alvar Brodin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Tinglöf, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 73 played minutes Pornystars got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Ove Kinell. Alvar Brodin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reine Alén in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pornystars's Karl-Ove Kinell got a free kick in the 75th minute. Alvar Brodin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Tinglöf in the 77th minute of the match. Erik Björklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Erik Tinglöf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Brodin having to interfere. If Knut Gernberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Jan-Erik Tinglöf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Brodin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Hökqvist made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Erik Björklund sent off a good shot on target. Pornystars's Alvar Brodin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Tinglöf in the 93rd minute of play. Alvar Brodin came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by BK Merzog's Knut Gernberg. But to his dismay, Knut Gernberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. BK Merzog walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
