Christian Borre might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmund Wållander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Borre ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmund Wållander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Borre's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Edmund Wållander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikael Beckström went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 18th match minute, FC Noll Koll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Qvalfeldt to maneuver through the defense. Anthon Låsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Bark having to interfere. Paul Botvidsson's late challenge caught a Vessigebro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paul Botvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Björn Bark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Kilström in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Anthon Låsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vessigebro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthon Låsberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Björn Bark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Österberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After some careless play in the FC Noll Koll defense, Olov Österberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Björn Bark. The FC Noll Koll fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Björn Bark should have stopped the shot. The FC Noll Koll players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vessigebro were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olov Österberg made a kick off. Björn Bark made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anthon Låsberg in the 62nd minute. Edmund Wållander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Beckström in the 67th minute of play. Mikael Beckström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mikael Beckström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Vessigebro's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Strömberg came free, but Edmund Wållander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored FC Noll Koll's protests and gave Mikael Beckström a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Noll Koll getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mikael Beckström hit a great ball. When Vessigebro's Olov Österberg in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Noll Koll's goalie prevented a goal. The FC Noll Koll manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Vessigebro to win.
